CSX I020 & M436 Cross the Diamond in Palmer, MA, with a Little MCER & NECR Thrown In (25.11.12)

Location: Palmer, MA (Steaming Tender restaurant) Resolution: 4k with 30 FPS (iPhone 14 Pro Max) [details of the 2 trains are below my description] Tom and I decided we should return to Palmer, MA for the first time since late 2023. We got there early (a little after 07:00) so that we could catch the early run of Mass Central's PA-2 to the CSX interchange yard; we were in fact successful with that. But in addition, we caught our first ever sighting of CSX I020, the eastbound intermodal train that usually passes in the night. It was delayed this day, so we captured it, though at the time I figured it was I022, the normal morning EB intermodal job. It was only when that train passed at 09:47 that I realized that the first one was I020. The action was really good in the first few hours, as we caught 11 separate movements from three railroads by the time noon arrived. The second CSX train we'd catch was the eastbound manifest M436, which goes from Selkirk, NY to Worcester, MA (and then onto Framingham for additional routings via the three local turn jobs that work there). At the end of the video, one can see the last 18 cars of a westward movement of NECR 603 out of the CSX interchange yard; I believe that consist went north to North Yard, where it would become part of the consist of NECR 611 (NB to Brattleboro, VT).
