Hypermobility exercises are not supposed to hurt. If you are having increased pain whilst doing exercise, then it may be the exercise is not right for you right now. It is normal to expect some muscle soreness post exercise, but not to the extent of increasing joint pain, causing a flare up or increasing your pain.
