I've decided to stop doing translations in specific types of videos, as it prolongs the amount of time it takes to make these videos and half the time the translations are incorrect. As mentioned before a country can be born, which does mean they can reproduce. You maybe asking "how do they reproduce if the don't have a biological sex?" Well they work similarly to seahorses or some frogs, do I need to explain further? Representatives are ordinarily 'born' at least ten years before they would have to represent a country of their own. Again you maybe thinking "Isn't ten years too young?" may I remind you of Edward VI who was the king of England (1537-1553). There have been many instances where Representatives were born quite a bit earlier than required, some even being hundreds of years early. There are many factors that could play into the existence of a Representative; When the land was discovered, if a regime is going to collapse, just to name a couple. There are far too many factors to count in. This species ages just the same as a human, although there is a certain point where their body would stop ageing. There are also occasions where the Representative if simply popped into existence already and adult with a naïve mind. The ageing process would continue if lets say the individual was under a overly large amount of stress, or anything that would also speed up the aging process for a human being.
