It is a place where history, legend, and nature beautifully come together.According to local legend, during the ancient celebration of Indra Jatra, Lord Indra—the god of rain—was captured by the people of Kathmandu when he descended to the earth in human form. After being released, he was brought to this peaceful hill area.
