Never posted video of a day at the gym in my first trimester. I had just started getting some energy back after dealing with morning sickness for weeks. My body was off course still going through adjustments here however I was adapting and doing my best to push through. You'll see in this video that after a move walk on the treadmill to get my heart rate up and some lemon lime water I felt good. Im a mama who worked out prior to pregnancy and had just hit my initial weight loss goal of 165lbs. I'd been on this journey for 13yrs. The smaller I gotten was 175lbs from 312-315 after having my second child. I lost over 100lbs naturally. And while the process wasn't linear, I was in the best shape of my life. So grateful to receive the blessing to carry another life, I wanted to be intentional with how I took care of myself and growing baby. So health and wellness remained a priority.
