We hang a quick right and follow the winding Thames River in a general Westward direction along the Thames Path. Though we're only on this path a few short miles, this trail stretches 185.2 miles from the Thames' source in the Cotswolds to the Woolwich foot tunnel in South East London. Despite our city-like location, it only takes us a short bit before we're bounding along a dirt path that hugs a wetland refuge.
