Free Mode: Battle of Wuzhang Plains (Shu) This is an updated run on Wuzhang Plains with Daqiao. Within the past few months of playing her on Chaos, I've changed my playstyle with her to maximize her performance. The most major change I've made is that I no longer attempt to freeze enemy officers with her. I've noticed that freezing enemy officers can cause her Musou offense to become inconsistent due to the following issues: Because her Musou has low hit frequency, it's possible for enemy officers to unfreeze and miss being struck by the remainder of her Musou. This is because they have an opportunity to block if her Musou strikes are not synced up with the moment they become unfrozen. Enemy officers can become frozen to close for her Musou to hit all of its strikes properly. You can tell when this happens when the combo-count for her Musou only goes up in single digit hits. Her Musou hits twice, once per fan, when spaced correctly. While this can happen when she is juggling enemy officers with her Musou, I find this to be a lot less frequent compared to freezing. Additionally, freezing with Daqiao is often not practical outside of Musou Rage. Her C3 and C5, her best charge attacks to freeze with the Ice Orb, are too unsafe to perform unless the enemy officer is isolated. If we were to consider when freezing would be beneficial for Daqiao, it would be against playables/commanders/hyper officers. However, I found that Musou Rage essentially replaces the need for freezing. Since Daqiao's damage during Rage is disgustingly strong and she can generate tokens with her fourth weapon, she typically doesn't need to freeze at all. I still have her equipped with the Ice Orb because I don't really see much use with any of the other orbs for her.
