PRESS RELEASE NORTH DISTRICT Dated: 11.11.22  OF A SUPERVISOR IN A SHOPPING CENTER HAS BEEN SOLVED WITHIN 12 HOURS BY THE STAFF OF PS WAZIRABAD.  ALL THREE ACCUSED PERSONS ARRESTED.  ROBBED MOBILE PHONE & MONEY ALONG WITH WEAPON OF OFFENCE RECOVERED.  ACCUSED PERSONS WERE EMPLOYEES (FRIENDS) OF THE VICTIM. With the arrest of 03 accused persons the staff of PS Wazirabad has solved a case of Police Station Wazirabad (North) vide FIR No. 869/2022 U/s 302/392/397/411/34 IPC. Incident: On 10.11.22, at around 7:50am, a PCR call was received in PS Wazirabad regarding A dead body was found in front of Apex Public School, Biodiversity park, pusta road Burari Delhi. It was a blind case with an unknown dead body lying in shrubs in Yamuna Pushta area with blood oozing out of the head and some injury on neck etc. With humint, the body was identified as of one Gaurav S/o Sikandar Mehta R/o Shiv Kunj Burari. Crime scene was inspected by FSL and Crime team. Accordingly on the statement of his father Sikandar a case vide FIR no 869/22 under section 302 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up. Team & Investigation:- On this, a dedicated team comprising of Inspr. Ritesh Raj, SI Sawai Singh, SI Prabhash ASI Mukesh, HC Jai Bhagwan , Ct Pradeep and Ct. Anil was constituted under the supervision of Ms. Alka Azad ACP/Timarpur in the leadership of Sh. Virender Kumar SHO/Wazirabad. The team acted swiftly and checked more than 20 CCTV cameras situated nearby place of incident. On the basis of technical surveillance and local information 03 suspcted persons namely have been identified as (1) Ankit Kumar @ Joker r/o Gali No. 40, Bangali Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 19 yrs (2) Sujal Kumar r/o Gali No. 21/4, Shiv Kunj Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 19 yrs (3) Vinod Kumar Yadav @ Monu r/o Gali No. 27, Shiv Kunj, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 20 yrs. They have been apprehended and interrogated thoroughly. *Interrogation/Modus Operandi : -* During sustained interrogation, it has been revealed that Sujal Kumar and Ankit @ Joker are employee at Big Rashan Bazar at Kaushik Enclave, Burari where victim also worked as a Manager. The co-accused Vinod Kumar Yadav @ Monu was also employee at same place and he was shunted out by the victim before some days ago. Information is that the victim used to ridicule and tease all these three and also on him removing Monu from job, all three accused persons had make conspiracy to teach a lesson to Gaurav. In this continuation, accused Sujal and Ankit brought victim Gaurav near to place of incident where co-accused Vinod Kumar Yadav @ Monu was already waiting for them. They all gathered at place of incident and consumed some alcohol. After some time all three accused persons took the victim to nearby Jungle area and slit his neck with a paper cutter and thrashed his face with piece of brick and handle of shutter. The accused persons also robbed money Rs. 40,000/ and mobile phone of the victim. They distributed robbed money among them and threw the mobile phone of victim, a shutter opening tool, Bag nearby the place of incident. All the three accused persons had confessed the commitment of crime. They have been arrested accordingly. During the course of investigation the above articles were recovered on the instances of accused persons. Details of the Accused persons: 1. (1) Ankit Kumar @ Joker r/o Gali No. 40, Bangali Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 19 yrs 2. (2) Sujal Kumar r/o Shiv Kunj Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 19 yrs 3. (3) Vinod Kumar Yadav @ Monu r/o Gali No. 27, Shiv Kunj, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi Age 20 yrs. Recovery: 1. Mobile phone of the deceased Gaurav. 2. Looted money Rs. 39,500 out of rs. 40,000/ from all three accused persons. 3. One blood stain bag and iron handle of shutter (weapon of offence) on the instance of all three accused persons. 4. Another two weapons of offence (1) Piece of Brick and (2) Paper Cutter were recovered from the place of incident during the inspection of the scene of crime. Investigation is in progress. 5. Blood stained clothes and shoes of the accused persons. Cases worked Out: 1. FIR No. 869/2022 U/s 302/392/397/411/34 IPC PS Wazirabad Further investigation is in progress to unearth the entire conspiracy and to affect the arrest of left over criminal if any.
