Place the upper shelf on top of the four posts and secure it into place with the mallet before flipping the cart upside down so the top shelf is facing the ground. Place the casters with brakes on one side of the cart and the casters without brakes on the opposite side and then push the casters into the slots on the bottom corners of the cart and secure them into place. Flip the cart over, attach the handles to each side above the casters, and make sure everything is securely tightened before using the cart.
