The NASCAR Next-Gen Diecast Cup Series is officially underway. Alex Bowman, Austin Dillon, Kevin Harvick, Erik Jones, Kyle Larson and Ryan Newman compete in Group 1 looking to advance to the next round. We hope you enjoy the NASCAR content. Next-Gen Diecast Cup Series Format and Rules 24 Drivers - 3 Rounds The twenty four drivers will be split into four groups of six. Each group will run six races, with each driver starting in all six spots on the grid. The top three drivers in the standings from each group will advance to the second round. The second round will consist of twelve drivers that will be split into two groups of six. The top three drivers in the standings from each group will advance to the final round. The driver that scores the most points in the final round will be crowned the Next-Gen Cup Series champion. In case of a tie in points between any of the drivers, the first tiebreaker will be number of race wins. If there is still a tie, the fastest lap time will be the tiebreaker. Scoring 1st - 10 points 2nd - 6 points 3rd - 4 points 4th - 3 points 5th - 2 points 6th - 1 point DNF - 0 points Want more diecast racing content?
