SOLIDWORKS Inspection makes inspection documentation simple and easy to create without error-prone manual entry. The standalone interface has been updated for clarity and efficiency. An auto-balloon command is now available in the standalone environment and can be deployed on 2D imported drawing files. Manual extract has also been upgraded to automatically detect the characteristic type, so you do not need to pre-select the type of dimension prior to capturing it. Balloon sequences can be created and names to segregate characteristic balloon numbers by category, such as per sheet or per operation. Balloon numbering can be quickly re-ordered using drag and drop, even entire sheets!
