[3.27] Sanctum Original Sin no hit Scripture run | Penance Brand Herald Stacking Elementalist

First run of the league. Got sidetracked optimizing the character while Lycia carries funded it. Basis of the build was to raise the average, unconditional first hit (no shock/chill/exposure/etc) to oneshot guards on any affliction/HP threshold, which is nice in arena rooms particularly as it prevents the Combatant from splitting. Upon playtesting, I found I was doing way more damage than expected. I suspect it may be because the second stack of PBoD is counting in the same timeframe as the first via Runebinder before Combatant splits, but inheriting the first tick's "on hit" effects. This build eventually became a test of brand mechanics, where I ended up scaling the second brand tick as high as reasonably possible with max conditionals, such as Shock, Chill, Convergence and Ele Weakness on hit to see how it would raise the ceiling on damage. By far the strongest Sanctum PBoD variant I've played so far. Very fun problems to solve between fitting every Herald and getting Arcane Surge from somewhere as an Elementalist. Thanks to Hesp for the ideas through development and core premise. Using self-found relics for Merchant strat, kinda just wanted to get going with these.
