This is a bizarre score...You do love or you do not. There's no try ! Sorry, this is from something else ;-) Nevertheless, Kull is a strange mix of "heavy metal", orchestra and male chorus, composed by Jerry's son, Joël and orchestrated by Nicholas Dodd. If I remember well, the producers wanted only heavy metal but Goldsmith told them he had some better ideas to get along with the film's genre. Of course, the most influence is from his father but sometumes, in the lyrical parts, it reminds Poledouris. Indeed, the result is very good... or not ! Depends on your opinion.
