Riding the Idaho BDR on Adventure Bikes, Day 1: IDBDR Sections 1 and 2

Come along as we start our multi-day adventure riding and motorcycle camping on the remote and scenic Idaho BDR. Join us for Day 1 as we tackle Sections 1 and 2 of this epic backcountry discovery route. We kick off in the historic town of Jarbidge, Nevada, and cross into Idaho, riding through stunning rangelands and the rugged Boise National Forest. Our trio of adventure bikes—the nimble Aprilia Tuareg 660, the powerful Harley Davidson Pan America, and the rally-bred Ducati DesertX—are put to the test on everything from scenic gravel roads to technical rocky terrain. Idaho BDR section 1 and Idaho BDR section 2 are filled with amazing highlights including navigating the twisty gravel roads through the forest, soaking in the beautiful views of the Anderson Ranch Reservoir, and climbing into the mountains near Trinity Lakes. Watch as our different bikes handle the challenges of the trail, from the big-bore Pan America to the lightweight and agile Italian machines.
