Extreme Konmari Closet Declutter 2019 | What Worked & What Didn't! I haven't followed the famous Marie Kondo's Konmari method to decluttering my closet in the past because the thought of clearing absolutely everything out has always seemed way too overwhelming for me. But after reading her famous book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and binge-watching her Netflix TV series I thought I would give it a go. So in today's video I decided to follow as many of Marie Kondo's tidying up principles as possible and share with you my thoughts on what works and what doesn't. I'm hoping this video helps inspire you to declutter your own closet and helps to fast track the process too. As always I'd absolutely love to hear your thoughts on my video and if you've followed Marie's techniques too and how you've got on. Anyway, as you'll see my closet is the one area of my life I struggle to keep organized and while I love everything about the minimalism movement I struggle to apply this way of living to my closet. But after going through this process I must say I'm really thrilled with the finished result. But not every one of Marie's principles actually worked for me so I've talked about which ones did and which ones didn't and why too.
