This yarn is stitched into a backing, creating a dense surface, with quality checks ensuring consistency. The grass then undergoes precise adjustments for stitch density and edging. A polyurethane coating is applied to secure the fibers, followed by curing and perforating for drainage. The material is cut, inspected for defects, and rolled into waterproof packaging. Once a customer is identified, the grass is delivered, installed on a crushed stone base, and trimmed for a seamless fit.
