This trail keeps on getting better! || Hillside Mountain Bike Trail || Elk River, MN

For today's video we look at all of the new features that they have put in at Hillside. The biggest changes have been in section 2 and section 3. The section 2 area has been in my opinion the worst of all the sections. The area just wasn't fun to ride and most rides I would skip it. The area was flat with little amounts of flow and hardly any features to keep me interested. This has changed with the addition of a rock lipped jump section with 3 solid jumps and a drop near the end of the trail and rock gardens placed here and there. The big surprise was waiting in section 3. The feature is called the "Crusader" this feature is freaking sweet! Three wooden drops that can be rolled or taken as a legitimate drop with a table top jump at the end to end the section. This is what trails around the metro need more of to keep things interesting due to our lack of elevation here in the Midwest.
