This is a guide covering how to convert Fallout 4 CBBE armor (and Skyrim non CBBE armor) to SSE/ SAE - CBBE /3BA bodies. It covers all the conversion process to bring the armor into the game and to work with the body morphs. This tutorial is for beginners but I will assume you have already (or you are able to get) BodySlide, OutfitStudio, Creation Kit and Nif Optimizer. This is not a CK tutorial, hence it doesn't cover how to create Recipes (to make the armor craftable) and Temper (to make the armor upgradable) However, you can find those in CK under Items/ Constructible object and as usual open one and save it as new entry with your own equip name.
