We are making an Irish Cream coffee cake with an Irish cream buttercream. And instead of adding the Irish cream to the coffee, we are adding the coffee to the Irish Cream cake! The flavours of the coffee and Irish Cream complement each other to make a delicious dessert Good enough for St. Patricks day. IRISH CREAM COFFEE CAKE 1 cup butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tbsp. espresso powder hot water (enough to dissolve the powder in) 1 cup Irish cream 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 3/4 cup flour IRISH CREAM COFFEE BUTTERCREAM These are the ingredients.
