Note: If you have multiple locations, this process must be completed for each location. Next, select your desired location. Once inside the Edit Agency Location dashboard, scroll down to Marketing Campaigns for Inactive Clients. Here, you’ll see the new campaign option that allows you to send automated marketing emails and/or text messages. The campaign criteria allows you to customize the number of days before the marketing campaign is triggered. To adjust this, click Edit, and a window will appear where you can select the desired number of days. This setting determines how many days after a policy ends the campaign will be sent to the client. To modify the campaign content, click Edit next to either Email or Text.
