Hi everybody - I think there are so many things that we grieve and we don't realize it. We grieve the passage of our youth. We grieve the passage of people in our lives, the endings of friendships, the endings of stages of our lives - and there's so much that we grieve. Grief is part of life. And I don't know that we realize how deep it runs in our system, and how paralyzing it can be. Which is why when my dear friend Mirabai Starr suggested a course on grief, I said - absolutely.
