Sunset at Waterfront Park: Alkimos Shipwreck & Ocean Glow. Perth, Australia

A short but beautiful sunset walk at Waterfront Park by the ocean. The light was incredible as the sun slowly declined over the water, creating a calm and golden atmosphere. We zoomed in to film the remains of the famous Alkimos Wreck rising from the sea — a haunting and fascinating sight along the coast. On the horizon, an offshore oil rig (or something very similar) added an unexpected industrial contrast to the natural scenery. Afterwards, we explored the nearby pirate-themed playground, full of creative swings and structures that would have been a dream as a child. We ended the walk in the parking area where little Chiqui started her usual routine — sniffing around and trying to find our car among all the others. A relaxing coastal walk mixing history, liminal seaside vibes, and peaceful sunset ambience.
