He spent over 23 years serving within United States Army Special Operations and the Intelligence Community in a variety of leadership positions, and tactical to strategic assignments. He led and conducted sensitive operations across multiple combat and contingency operations. Erick is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyberpsychology from Capitol Technology University and his research is focused on how to make our ‘operators’ more resilient to warfare demands.
