Sexual harassment of women at work place enactment passed by the parliament in the year 2013. This act tells us as how to prevent sexual harassment of a female employee at workplace by giving awareness to all employees about the act. This act also tells us about an employees behavior constitute sexual harassment. This act determine man responsibilities of the employees as how to prevent sexual harassment at workplace and if employee receive any complaint of sexual harassment then how to redress the same . There is also an obligation of the employee to constitute one " Internal Complaint Committee " within the organization, who will investigate into the complaint and submit its report to management within stipulated time limit along with proposed punishment.
