Like other sectors of the population, Black women (African American women) are participating in the Great Resignation and leaving their toxic jobs in droves. A toxic work environment is the number one predictor of employee turnover. Discrimination is one sign of a toxic workplace. And while discrimination, as well as other toxic behaviors leave Black women vulnerable, many are unable to leave their toxic jobs. As such, in this video, I discuss how Black women can use B.R.E.A.T.H.E. to survive a toxic work environment.
