What Happens When Roller Coasters BREAK DOWN??? | Ride Downtime, Faults, And Maintenance Explained

Note: For extra clarity, Most Coaster downtime is actually on the shorter end of duration, only requiring simple resets or adjustments. More serious mechanical issues are not all that common. In addition, Ride faults are not the only things which down coasters, and are mostly related with control system issues. I’ve implied all issues or downtime are ride faults but serious mechanical problems are not always going to register on the controls or interfere with it. Poorly programmed control systems can also have downtime and fault issues due to frequent errors. The point is not all issues interfere with the controls or cause an error due to failure, such as certain trim brakes and more either because they are not hooked to the main system or are not capable of their failures registering on the controls. I might make a sequel to this video going deeper onto mechanical failures and deeper issues where I will fully clarify this. Mechanical failures are somewhat separate and don’t always cause or overlap with control system failures and issues. Many coasters and rides often break down at parks every day, and although this certainly is a nuisance for ride enthusiasts, normal parkgoers and employees alike. But now many people really think about why they happen, and even fewer speculate over what's done about these issues and how rides are fixed and made to run again.
