Former Rep Liz Cheney (R) has publicly endorsed Kamala Harris and joined her in Ripon, Wisconsin on Thursday (10/3/24) to talk to a crowd of a couple hundred. She explained that she is a Reagan Republican and has never voted for a Democrat, but that this year she will be proudly casting a vote for Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris then joined Liz Cheney on stage, thanked her for her endorsement, and thanked her for her bravery in not backing Donald Trump. Kamala Harris continued, making the friendship and respect between Democrats and Republicans a central topic of her speech. She said that Donald Trump views the United States as something to be won and does not respect the oath taken as a president due to his actions on Jan. 6 and refusing to certify the 2020 election results. She said regardless of party, everyone must respect the peoples' choice and election results.
