Join us as we walk along the Corniche in Doha for the first time during the 2022 World Cup! As you can see, Qatar really put a lot of effort into the preparations to receive the world. The Corniche was well decorated for what seemed like kilometres and kilometres. Along the waterfront you can shop, eat, play some games, listen to music, take pictures of the Doha skyline, and just have a really fun time. You can even check out the broadcasting booths of some of the biggest networks in the world (like the Qatari Al Jazeera network that you can see near the start). However, you also quickly notice something... there aren't that many people out! That's probably because it was still quite hot out, even if it was the middle of December, and therefore the middle of the winter... Many, many people would come out to enjoy the Corniche after the sun went down. Either way, it is a very nice walk! Como se puede apreciar, Catar realmente se la jugo para tener todo listo para recibir al mundo. El Corniche estaba muy bien adornado por kilometros y kilometros. En el Corniche uno puede hacer compras, comer, jugar juegos, escuchar musica, tomar fotos del paisaje urbano, y disfrutar de todo. Tambien puedes ver de adonde los canales internacionales estan transmitiendo el mundial (como por ejemplo el de Al Jazeera, un canal de Catar). Pero, tal vez te das cuenta de algo... no hay mucha gente! Probablemente es por que todavia hace mucho calor, aunque estemos en mediados de diciembre, lo cual es a mediados del invierno...
