We are putting together an exercise library and we wanted to provide this quick tip on how we can stay healthy as gamers. When we play for extended periods of time, we develop stiffness in the muscles of our hands and forearms. Stretching can help to relieve this stiffness and allow us to play longer with less pain. This is however only ONE part of the big picture when it comes to preventing injuries. We have to also build up our endurance, pay attention to our environment (posture, ergonomics), and set up our schedule to avoid overuse.
