Fatty Liver | Cholelithiasis |Renal stone ultrasonography Liver: Normal in size. A moderate increase in hepatic parenchymal echogenicity is noted with poor visualization of the posterior segment of the right lobe of the liver, hepatic vessels, and diaphragm. No focal hyper or hypo-echoic lesion is seen in the liver. An intrahepatic portion of IVC is normal. The portal vein is normal. Porta-hepatis is normal. Gall Bladder: Normal in size & shape with a smooth outline. Wall thickness is within normal limits. Multiple bright echogenic solid structures are found within the gall bladder lumen casting a sharp distal acoustic shadow. No collection is seen in the pericholecystic area. Porta Hepatis: The CBD caliber is within the normal limit for her age. No abnormality could be detected within the CBD lumen. The Portal vein appears normal. Pancreas: Is normal in size and shape. Parenchyma shows normal echotexture. The Main Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Spleen: This is normal in size. It is uniform in echotexture. No focal lesion is seen in the spleen. Right kidney: Enlarge in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Marked dilated renal calyces with a hyperechoic calculus measuring 1.59cm. Left Kidney: Normal in size, regular in shape with smooth outline. Bipolar length 10.1 cm. Central echo complex is echogenic and normal. No evidence of any focal/diffuse lesion or calculus is detected. Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening was seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. 1.
