Mint - is perhaps most popularly known as a remedy for digestive problems. Mint leaves are anti-inflammatory in nature which helps in reducing any inflammation in your stomach. Mint leaves improve the body's immune system. Homemade Butter - contains vitamin D, a nutrient that is vital for bone growth and development. Brown sugar - is a type of sugar (sucrose) that gains a brown color due to the presence of molasses. The unique health benefits of brown sugar include its ability to boost energy levels, prevent cold, treat uterine infections, improve digestion and aid in weight loss. Honey - boosts immunity and antioxidants; it is antibacterial; it reduces stress and anxiety and it has many other uses.
