Neat mod that's like the hard mode from OG Isaac, but you can configure it in alot of ways so basically I made it so that all bosses and enemies are always eternal. When they're eternal, they get lots of different attack patterns or on-death effects to make them more difficult among other changes. It's pretty fun, but I personally think it could use some more tuning or options to make it even harder.
