Night 7 | Stretch, Reset & Realign – Calm the Body, Restore the Mind Tonight marks Night 7 and the final evening of our Controlled Stretching series. This session is all about slowing things down, releasing tension, and helping your body fully unwind before rest. We begin with box breathing to calm the nervous system and bring the body out of stress mode. From there, we gently release tightness in the shoulders and upper body, areas where we often hold the most tension without realizing it. The second half of the session focuses on the quads and hips, using floor-based movements like prone quad stretches and gentle bridges to release tight muscles, support the lower back, and improve circulation. Everything is done in a controlled, mindful way—no rushing, no forcing. This final night is about integration—letting your body absorb the work you’ve done over the last seven days so you can rest, recover, and reset with intention.
