Cream Buns ✔️Dough 1 whole egg (large) 1/4 cup sugar (50g) 2 tsp instant dry yeast (6g) 1 cup lukewarm milk (250ml) 4 cups bread flour (500g) 1/2 tsp salt (3g) 3 tbsp unsalted butter (45g) ✔️Cream 2 cups whipping cream (500ml) 2 tbsp sugar (25g) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml) •Recipe Yield: 12 to 13 pieces approx. 70 grams each (excluding cream weight). Notes for using flour: 1. 4 cups of flour weight range is from 500 to 540g. For measurement accuracy of the flour, follow the gram converted unit in the recipe. Excessive flour may result to a dense and dry dough. 2. If to use all purpose flour; liquid absorption is different between bread flour and apf. So reduce 1 cup of flour from the recipe measurement to match the dough consistency. Looking for more recipes?
