It’s been well over a year since I took the (3) Train and I find that the (3) Line is an interesting one because in terms of the rides, it doesn’t get as much love as other routes might. But it is a very reliable route that provides service to those in Brownsville and East New York and serves Harlem well. When I took the (3) Train the last time, the Harlem-148 St station had old signs that said 148 St-Lenox Terminal. But it came as a surprise to see the new signage and it doesn’t look bad. The only thing I think they shouldn’t have changed were the signs above the platform indicating the routes that serve the station. It still should’ve said via 7 Av Express on the signage like 145 St has it. But the good thing is that over the next year, Harlem-148 St and other stations are getting elevators or ramps to make them wheelchair accessible. I’ll share my thoughts on how the MTA might install these elevators at Harlem-148 St cause it is a somewhat complicated process. But for now, I am back from MagFest and had the time of my life and now I can return to uploading these runs. So yeah, I hope you guys like this ride through Brooklyn and Manhattan.
