Underneath the hood we find the Snapdragon 439 chip along with 4GB RAM & 64GB Storage. The Redmi 8 comes with a dual camera setup. The primary one is a 12MP sensor with an f/1.8 lens. The second one is a 2MP depth sensor. As for selfies, we have an 8MP camera. The battery inside is a huge 5000mAh one. Like every other Redmi device, the Redmi 8 too runs on MIUI.
