Shop Tour: Cobra Framebuilding Tooling | March 2019

Finally! A long overdue shop tour! Today I give an overview of how I've laid things out in my shop and how it got to where it is today. Day to day, I use my shop mostly to make bicycle framebuilding tools with my CNC mill, which I sell as Cobra Framebuilding Tooling. But I also have a lot of things in my shop for bicycle framebuilding itself. I forgot to mention: My shop is about 400 square feet, and it's part of a larger building with 3-phase power and compressed air. I'm blessed to have two Bridgeport milling machines, one manual and one CNC. I've got a Clausing lathe, an Everlast TIG welder, an oxy-acetylene torch, a DeWalt metal chopsaw, a nice heavy wooden workbench, a 1" belt sander, a couple Kurt vises and an Orange vise, a pedestal grinder, and a few good tables and cabinets. I refer to many other videos throughout this shop tour because I've already covered many of the workspaces, machines, and setups in-depth in other videos.
