16 Year Old Stabbed Over 20 Times| Politics Erupts Over Delhi’s Brutal Murder A 16-year-old girl was stabbed more than 20 times by a man outside her home in Delhi’s slum cluster in Rohini's Shahbad Dairy area. The whole incident has been recorded on CCTV. The accused stabbed the girl over 20 times with a knife. The act was so ferocious that at one point the knife got stuck in the head of the victim.
