Shape the edges of the dough by hand and spread the filling. Over the filling, add the second rolled dough by shaping it the same way. Spread the filling and add the third rolled dough. Use your hands to flatten the surface and use some pressure so that the filling will stick to the dough. Poke some holes in the top layer of the dough with a fork.
