One of the notes isn't working on this 1927 Francis Bacon player piano, obvious at the intro. A young ragtimer, who prefers not to have an online presence, has the ability to cut player piano rolls, and made this from a transcription of the way Tom Brier sight-read and improvised off a jazz-chordy version of Daniwell's "Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!" (a.k.a. Nyan Cat) that had been prepared for him by Vincent Matthew Johnson. You can see the original performance here: • Nyan Cat piano arrangement sight-read by T... The MIDI file from which this was made is here: https://www.keeper1st.com/music/Nyan-... It was created by editing and improving upon a transcription by Christina Fordham. This is an 88-note piano roll, so there are no dynamics. This video is not mine but I was asked to post it. Yes, the audio is slightly out of sync on the shots of the keyboard.
