DDDN | Hanoi divides traffic flow to welcome international delegations to visit and work in Vietnam From April 14 to 15, Hanoi City will welcome international delegations to visit and work in Vietnam. To ensure security, safety and smooth traffic, Hanoi City Police announced a plan to classify traffic and organize directions for vehicles. Specifically, from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 14 and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on April 15, trucks carrying goods of 500kg or more, passenger cars, and taxis (except for some priority vehicles such as buses, environmental sanitation vehicles, troubleshooting vehicles, fixed routes) are temporarily banned in many districts: Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Dong Da, Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem, Dong Anh, Soc Son and Me Linh. Hanoi Police guide alternative routes for vehicles passing through the capital, including bypass routes through Thanh Tri, Vinh Tuy, Dong Tru, Phu Dong bridges, National Highway 5, National Highway 1A, National Highway 32, Provincial Highway 70... to reduce traffic pressure in the central area. Vehicle drivers are required to obey traffic laws, comply with traffic separation instructions from the authorities and give way to priority vehicles when on duty.
