This is a quick review of the TPM Weaponsmiths MP5SD 12” Suppressor. This suppressor is designed for most SD clones, as well as an actual HK MP5SD. TPM recommends shooting 124GR ammunition through this suppressor, as that is what the SD was originally designed and optimized for. Shooting subsonic ammunition could damage the suppressor, and does not enhance its sound suppression. The suppressor should be cleaned every 200 rounds with a brush. Any cleaner is safe on this suppressor. Before reassembly, coat your baffles and parts in welding Anti-Spatter spray, to help avoid carbon build it. It also helps to coat your threads with white lithium grease to avoid carbon lock up.
