BMRCL Anjum Parwez Speaks On Bengaluru Metro Pillar Collapse, Says - Detailed Investigation Needed

BMRCL managing director Anjum Parwez spoke on the metro under-construction pillar collapse incident and said that the incident is unfortunate. He added that the all precautions were taken still the incident so we have to go into a detailed investigation. Earlier, a mother and child reportedly died in a metro under-construction pillar collapse after the pillar of the new metro line collapsed near the Hennur area of Bengaluru, near the ring road. Three people were said to be seriously injured in the incident. The mother, Tejaswini, 35, and his son who was 2 years old died in the incident which took place in the Nagavara area of Bengaluru. The woman's husband was also injured in the incident. The woman and her child died while being treated for their injuries in the hospital.
