Wishing you peace and goodness. ⏳ Time & Ingredients Needed: • Pre time: 30 minutes • Baking time: 20 + 15 minutes • Difficulty level: easy ✔️Ingredients: • potato 5 • Egg 4 + 1 • Ground meat 400 gr • Onion 1 •Clove of Garlic 1 •Cornstarch 2tbsp • Parsley 2tbsp • Mozzarella cheese 100 gr • Salt • Vegetable oil • Black pepper • Turmeric Cook the potatoes with some water and salt until tender. Then mix them with flour, black pepper, turmeric, eggs, and milk. Pour the mixture into a suitable baking. Mix the ground meat with the grated onion and garlic and the spices thoroughly, then spread it evenly over the potato dough layer. Place the boiled eggs on top and, as shown in the video, roll the meat and potato mixture around the eggs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted.
