Tank LB is good for emergencies or deaths before the dragons dive. Don't give away your TBN like me :) The Exaflare dodge will not always be this easy. If you don't know how to read the patterns you should always go out after the first dodge like you see the ranged players do. It is very minimal downtime at worst, and depending on your GCD speed you may not lose any uptime at all.
