This pina colada recipe is smooth and delish! It is very easy to make - we will just put all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy it -- responsibly! I like putting frozen pineapple in my pina coladas. For this I slice my fruit and freeze it but you can use store bought if you prefer. If you want to make this virgin, simply omit the rum and add rum extract. Transfer to a hurricane glass. Make a small slit on the thinner end of your pineapple. Put a toothpick through it and thread a cherry on top. Garnish the glass.
