After first-time set up of the Omnipod® 5 App and Pod, a screen will appear to connect the continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to your Omnipod 5 System. If you're not ready to connect your CGM, tap Not Now. To connect or change a CGM transmitter from the Home screen, tap on the menu icon, then Settings, then CGM Transmitter. Make sure the Dexcom G6 receiver is turned off. The Dexcom G6 receiver cannot be used as part of the Omnipod 5 System. You must use the Dexcom G6 mobile app on a compatible smartphone as part of the system. Watch the video to learn more about how to connect your Omnipod 5 App to your Dexcom G6 CGM.
