Meet Cylcia Manwa, the youngest elected councillor in the UK. At age 19, she was elected to represent a ward in Essex, making her one of the youngest politicians in the UK. She is a Kenyan-British community leader, an LSE Politics and International Relations graduate, and currently serves as a Deputy Cabinet Member at ⁠Thurrock Council⁠, focusing on youth engagement, diversity, and tackling violence against women.
