You can work on forehand-specific movement, control, feel, and power. 0:00 Start slow by hitting FH's close to the wall. 0:13 Back up and let it rip. 0:28 Alternate between high and low forehands. 0:48 Hit some slice forehands. 1:00 Alternate between slice and your regular FH. 1:17 Three ball combination: Feed / Regular FH / Drop Shot. 1:46 Hit a serve into the ground close to the wall. The ball will pop up and you can practice your swing volley and high FH off the bounce. 1:59 Hit the ball gently towards the wall. Wait until the ball has hit the wall to start running for more realistic footwork. Move forward and hit an approach shot. 2:44 Stand to the right of the wall and hit the ball diagonally. Wait until the ball has hit the wall to start running for more realistic footwork. Move to your backhand side and hit an inside out FH. 3:08 Stand close to the wall and feed the ball hard so it comes towards your feet.
