West Sussex Mind offer specific support to young people aged between 16 and 25. In this film we hear from Sydney & Mark about their experiences of using the service, and how support is tailor made for each individual. We also hear from Sarah & Alan who work with young people on a one-to-one basis, or in groups, taking part in fun social activities and workshops that help to promote positive mental health.
